'Third Best Paper Award'.
2) Paper entitled “Convergence of Income in Asian
Countries” by Hock-Ann Lee, Azali Mohamed, Muzafar
Shah Habibullah and Zulkarnain Yusop presented at the Seminar
FEP 2002, UPM, was selected as the recipient of ‘Second
Best Paper Award’.
3) Paper entitled “Episodic non-linearity in Malaysia’s
stock market” by Kian-Ping Lim and Hui-Boon Tan presented
at the 1st International Conference of the Asian Academy
of Applied Business 2003, was selected as the recipient
of ‘Best Paper Award’ and publication in the
inaugural issue of Journal of the Asian Academy of Applied
Business.
4) Paper entitled “Testing PPP for major ASEAN economies:
does data generating process matter?” by Hock-Ann
Lee, Kian-Ping Lim and M. Azali presented at the Malaysian
Finance Association (MFA’s) 5th Annual Symposium,
was selected for publication in the special issue of Capital
Markets Review, published by Bursa Malaysia.
5) Paper entitled “Undergraduats’ perception
of sms banking in Labuan: An empirical analysis” by
Hanudin Amin, Suddin Lada, Geoffrey Harvey Tanakinjal and
Mohd. Rizal presented at the Asia Pacific Marketing Conference
2005, was selected as the recipient of ‘Best Paper
Award’.
