HOW TO APPLY?

a.	On-line application can be made through the official website of Centre for Postgraduate Studies, UMS at the URL below. Applicants must send in their printed online application together with certified true academic transcripts and certificates (or any relevant supporting documents) and enclose postal order valued RM50.00, payable to Bendahari UMS to the address below,

	Or,
b.	The application form can be obtained personally at the Centre for Postgraduate Studies, UMS or alternatively, the form can be downloaded from the URL mention below or, applicants can request for the application form to be posted by sending a self addressed envelope (25cm X 34 cm) with a RM2.00 stamp.

c.	Completed application forms must reach at the address above. Please enclose a postal order valued RM50.00, payable to "Bendahari UMS" for processing fee. Applications that did not receive any reply within 3 months from the closing date are considered unsuccessful.
